We are a family business with over 35 years experience in the Toy and Model & Hobby trade. Our business is based on strong traditions of quality, value for money and exceptional customer service.
We sell mostly BRANDED product, much of which we used as our two offspring grew up. The theory is we found them useful, fun or educational so we are sure you will. We are also aware that money does not grow on trees, and that there are all sorts of constraints put on a family budget. So we try to offer value for money. A Fair Deal at the same time must make a small profit to stay in business.

We are a small family internet company; well established in the Plastic Kit and Diecast market. We expanded the Hobby Sector with Balsa Wood Kits, Craft Tools, Matchstick Kits, Paint, Glue and Art products. The TV Character range has brought in a new range of customers, as has the Outdoor Activities and tool Departments.
We have recently expanded into Art and Toys, Home and Garden, Camping and Outdoor Activities. Our range list is over 26,000 lines. We aim to provide quality products and a quality service. Most of our business is from repeat sales from existing customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service –If you are not happy we are not happy.

Our philosophy is: Always look after the customer and the business will look after itself. Sometimes easier said than done but, be assured, we shall always endeavour to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.
Each order is carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before dispatch and our aim is to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your completed order. A Snapshot History of Ralph, Our Principal Director.
After leaving school, I worked for WOOLIES –in theory until I grow up and decide what I want to do with my life. Forty years on and I still have not made up my mind. I have worked in the Toy & Hobby trade for over 35 years, as Rep (Meccano [Dinky], Corgi,) and as one of the people to start Hasbro in this country then as an agent selling Lima Trains, Burago, Italeri and Dragon Plastic Kits. We started our own import distribution business in 1996 (as pictured) and supplied Departmental Stores and Toy and Hobby shops all over the country.
My wife and I decided to Launch Hobby and Leisure and I dont think our feet have touched the ground since. I believe that for an internet business to succeed, the customer needs to feel confident, comfortable and secure when placing an order and we need to be seen to be trustworthy; offering that feel good factor. We felt that a business based on strong traditions of quality, value for money would ultimately grow.

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Cheque, and Postal Order.
Please note that extra time will be required to allow cheques to clear before an order can be dispatched.
Return policy
Basic returns policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However the postage cost must be met by you (the customer), and must be with our prior agreement.
