We collect information from you when you register on our site and when you make a purchase from us. We use this information to process your order and to contact you if there are any queries in relation to the order. We may need to share your information with third parties, e.g. delivery companies or credit card companies, in relation to your order. Except in these circumstances your information will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. We use "cookies" to allow you to customize certain aspects of the site and to measure overall traffic patterns on our site. Cookies served by us do not gather demographic information about our users.

Newsletters
We may occasionally email you with information about new products - if you do not wish to receive this information, simply ensure that you do not select NEWSLETTER when you check out or sign in to our store. If you receive a newsletter and decide you do not want to receive further ones, simply contact us or log into your My Details area and uncheck the Newsletter box.

Card Security
Where you choose to use Paypal and/or Google Checkout to process your card, they securely store your payment details - we do not get to see them at any time. If you phone us with a card number for us to manually process, it will be kept safe and secure under the terms of our banking agreement.

We do not store or share our customers' credit/debit card information.
